very true! motivation is the key factor! seeing results after a few weeks of hard dieting is so rewarding :smiley:

ehh dont put it off. start tomorrow when you wake up. test the waters. usually when you take that “one extra day” it just puts your goal a lil further out there. and usualy dieting like that doesnt follow through

i cant wait until you guys lose some weight and are ready to put on some muscle that where i really know my shit! ive only been studying nutrition for a little over a year! ive been into bodybuilding and gain muscle mass for almost 7 years now!

heres my advice on starting a diet! make sure you have plenty of healthy food on HAND! if your thinking about waht to eat 9 out of 10 times you pick the food thats wrong! also try to plan out what your going to eat and at what time your going to eat it!

4 to 6 meals a day at about 400 calories a piece with atleast 40 grams of protein! try to stay under 50 grams of fat a day for now then gradually cut out more and more fat! :bigok:

mike, if you are going to run in OC, run in the sand. you may not be able to run as far, but its alot better of a workout

will do. YOu can also get a pineapple/vanilla yogurt snack pack type thing at the local Sheetz wanna be place… I’ve been eating a lot of them… 3g fat, 200 calories, 42g Carbs, 7G Protein…

the only reason i haven’t started one yet is becuase my money situation isn’t the greatest and my gf does all the grocery shopping so whatever she buys i gotta eat so if she buy unhealthy shit thats all we got then i gotta eat it…im gonna start giving her a list of some things to buy since im gonna start dieting.
