my girlfriend is a big fan of sliced cucumber with salt and pepper. no dressings and a good snack.

plus celery is key. It takes your body more calories to break down the celery than what celery is even worth. so in reality, you are burning calories eating celery

what about egg beaters? I make these killer egg taco/breakfast burrito things.

That a good idea? Only thing is you need a little cheese to cover up the nasty texture of the fake egg. Are there any low fat/fat free cheese choices out there? I have to admit cheese is a pretty large part of my diet. To eliminiate it entirely would be a real shock. if a small amt of reduced fat/fat free cheese could be used instead of cold turkey, that might be an option worth considering…

egg whites > egg beaters, and use salt and pepper to cover up the taste!!

and like i said, try ketchup on turkey sand

gonna go to the store and buy some tuna and a loaf of wheat bread for lunch after if run everyday now

yup. then maybe an apple or orange.

for dinner, find something like a healthy choice frozen dinner. they make alot of them with under 300 calories and 5 grams of fat.
