flip that around! lose the first 20 on will power and good diet then add something to kick your metabolism up because you eventually hit a wall!

Brooks are awesome running shoes…i wore them when i was at FT BRAGG…they are the nicest shoes bye far…and trust me we ran a minuim of 15 miles a week

2 weeks of this plan you WILL see results. make sure you weigh yourself in the mornign and if u get the feeling to weigh yourself everyday, dont be dissapointed that there is little or no change. once it starts going, it goes pretty easily

the first 20 pounds will be the easiest…and a lot of the eca stacks like to drain you of a lot of water so you have to be carefull
