my plan is to jog come home get a shower go to the store buy a loaf of wheat bread and some tuna come back and eat

and dont give up when u start getting tired, the key to being able to jog isnt being in shape, its being able to keep a rythem in your breathing. try to think of a word or phrase to say in your head while you jog that goes with the flow of your inhaling and exhaling. it helps a ton. and look down as you run.

I’ll need to get some shoes before I can go running. All i have is boots and sandals. Its a beach town…lol you dont ever really need to buy shoes.

i need some new shoes too all i have are 4 yr old reeboks and new etnies but they arent the most comfy running shoes
heres an strategy!
when you do eat try this! drink a glass of water before then when you eat do it in portions! eat half of each item on your plate. if your still hungry eat another half of the portion left and so on until your not hungry!
protein shakes…they can be your best friend if you get hungry at night
xenadrine on ebay is like $80 a bottle. you dont need it mike. vitamins, better eating habits, and exersize. try not to eat after 6, unless its fruit, but eat sparingly after 6. drink water. as far as shoes for jogging, i HIGHLEY reccomend Nike Shox Turbo

ok, everyone is losing weight how the hell do i gain weight. i tried weight gainer years ago. gained 15lbs in a weekend. made me real sick. tired adn my chest hurted alot. so i quit taking it. when i used to eat. i could eat all day long and still never gain any weight. adn i mean i would eat just about everything i could. no matter if it was fruit or bad shit. i did take shit into moderation. like i would cut back on few things here and there but i never gained wieght. i shot for hte fatty foods still nothing. felt good adn had strenght and energy but never really gained wieght

high doses of protiens. red meat will also help you put some on

maybe you are allergic to something in the pills
