bacon is good for you and fat has nothing to do with a low carb/ atkins rip off diet.ranch dressing has the lowest amount of carbs than any other dressing especailly fat free dressings

Anywho. I’m doing much better. Havent drank a drop of pop in the last 3 days. Drinking lots of water, but i need to start drinking more. Havent made it out to the store yet, so ive been getting :owned: by late night snacking. Not nearly as bad as I have been though. And eating during the day has been pretty health too. HAd a salad with light italian. I did put a little cheese on it though. I need to get out and get some of those low fat frozen dinners. We had been eating a lot of them, and some of them are suprisingly good, but the freezer broke a week ago and it all went bad and havent been out since they fixed it. Once we get those, i think im gonna do a 2 slim fast/1 frozen dinner daily meal plan. The thing that really sucks is working the schedule I am. 3 4-12 shifts and two midnight-9am shifts. And i need to start exercising as well. Havent got shoes yet and the car isnt running yet so I cant drive over to the beach and run. Car should be done tomorrow provided I didnt screw something up. Then i can go get some healthy foods to eat and can go exercise. 
what are you late night snacking on??? snack on fruits and veggies. stay away from carbs and sugars before bed
i wonder if you guys are realizing unless you are STRICT to the atkins diet its very very unhealthy for you
how that diet works is by changing your bodies main source of energy. carbs are the easiest to convert to energy for your body. by cutting them out or severly limiting tehm you are forcing your body to use FAT and PROTEIN as primary sources of energy. thats why you lsoe weight because your body starts to use stored fat because its second in line after carbs as the easiest to be conveted to energy.
now when people just eat low carb products and things of that natures especially atkins brand products and dont follow the diet strictly they are adding alot of FAT to their diet which is bad because you bosy still isnt processing fat and protein as primary sources of energy because it hasnt been forced too!
your best bet is to stick to a well balanced DIET! :bigok:

still doing good on the diet havent splurged at all yet although i had a class of diet coke at work and some hot sauce on my chicken but other than that ive been strict to the diet:D
hot sauce isnt bad …actually it is good…spicey food can boost your metabolism
