It amazes me how many people have to resort to “weight loss suppliments” to lose weight.

Self control and a reasonable diet is all it takes.

X2 im finally getting my control back

You’ll die.

I still have a whole jar of Ephedra Trim Spa in my room… last year I was popping them to stay awake, and after a couple months of washing them down with Cappuccino and/or Mountain Dew, I had a TIA (Transient Ischemic Attack). It’s basically a mini-stroke… it feels like a stroke, but the effects wear off within a day or two… I felt like I was dying… I eventually fell asleep, and the next morning I thought I was fine, but when I grabbed a drink, I couldn’t stop my hand from shaking erratically… within a few days the shaking faded away, but I’ve been very wary about what I put into my system since.

thats because ephedra based products affect your nervous system and when the “HIGH” wore off you still had the ephedra running through your nevous system! thats why people died from it! people thought it was out of their system because they werent bouncing off walls when in reality it was still there! the average dose of ephedra in a day was 100mg of teh ephedra alkoloids or 4 pills of RFA-1 and most people took well over that!

all this healthy talk is making me hungry…i am going to get a box of ho ho’s and take a stacker 2 in the morning …lol

Patience for what???

Self control really isn’t all that hard to manage, self control is key even to making all of those weight loss suppliements works.
