I think there are a whole shitload of people that should be standing up taking responsibility for screwing things up long before Bush as I personally think it’s a joke that the president gets blamed (and gets credit) for anything/everything that goes on. The residents of the entire coastal area knew damn well they lived in an area that was susceptible to hurricanes. Residents of New Orleans knew damn well or at least the ones with any common sense whatsoever knew they lived in a friggin fishbowl waiting for someone to turn on the tap water. Now assuming the sheep weren’t smart enough/capable of leaving on their own, their immediate local authorities should have had plans to deal with things. On top of that, the next level of government should have had plans, and so on and this is still just within the State government level, nothing with which Bush should or could have had a hand in. For gods sake people the president cannot have contingency plans for everything everywhere all at once. Sure in the end hindsight is always 20/20, but even at that what exactly should/could Bush have done differently? Where’s all the moron local authorities in all this? People screwed up big time on the lower levels and it worked it’s way up. Sorry for my rant for those who actually get through it.

The reason Bush is getting blamed is cause the Mayor of New Orleans and the Governer are hard core Dems. We all know that Democrats never fess up to mistakes. They just spin it and blame it on the republicans. I remember a certain President had some sexual relations with an intern (a fat one too) I seem to remeber him saying that he did NOT have sexual relations with that girl. hahahah Then you got Jesse Jackson & Al Sharpton in there turning it into a racial thing. Hard to watch these people and not laugh cause they lie right through their teeth…and people like Darkstar believe it

If anything, he is just showing he is a true believer and not just someone that jumped on the bandwagon.

WHatever he feels is fine by me, I could really care less.

It would be nice to have people realize that religon is just a made up story though. With 11ty billion different gods and stories floating around and all fairly close, that should clue the average adult in that something doesn’t seem right.

It’s cool to believe in something, but why not believe in something that is true?

& the more current story of jesus resembles them a lot…born of a virgin, hated by the ruler, performed miracles, & put to death on a cross & rose from the dead
every heard of some of these: Virishna, Horus, Budha, Odin, Zoroster , Hesus , and Adonis,Krishna
…all were christs

Honestlyu why do i pay taxes? I mean shit i dont get anything out of it… All i get out of it is say i live in america and im american. what do my tax dollars actually go towards? usually not my countrymen. I say we fix our own problems at home, fix our economy and actually make america, america again… not some big corporate puppet that it has grown into.

p.s. I have no problem with religion. I beleive in most aspects. I also have the view that there are other religions and that they should be respected as well.

Clinton lied about a blowjob. Bush lied about WMD’s and entered us into an unfounded war/occupation that has cost 2,000 americans their lives.

unfortunately thats not how it is with religion. They have their own little mutual exclusivity clauses built in that seperate its believers and non-believers. Each religion believes they are right and that everyone else will go to hell. If you REALLY believe it, then you are forced to put yourself up on a pedestal and believe you are one of the chosen people. Just another unnecessary divide between common man. :down:
