Once the right politicians get their pockets lined with cash a new law will get passed to allow this.
That’s how our government works… Just gotta pay the right people enough $$ and you can do/get anything you want.
So… a switch can’t be put into the system?
so basically audi didn’t pay off the right person…
God bless America…land that I love…stand beside her…and guide her…sigh
Interesting, my '87 Towncar had self sensing brights and would dim to oncoming traffic, or even when facing a storefront reflection in window. It’s sensitivity was adjustable.
It did have a separate switch as well.
You could say this is not the govt fault because they could have never seen this coming. Or you could say this is the govt fault for making a law for every little God damn thing they feel like and this a perfect example of unintended consequences!
It’s only because the audi doesn’t have a separate switch that there is a problem.
Yes, I understand that, that is why I pointed it out as to why it was accepted in 1987.
I don’t see why they dont put a switch that say low beam or AUTO-hi or somthing to get around it… I guess its principal. imagine failing it for state inspection because you can’t cycle it.
What about the silly rear laser line idea? See the end of this clip:
Bump, we can have nice things now:
