Auto->Manual Swapped Cruise Control?

The AUTO ECU with stock wiring in a S13 will not run cruise control on a 5spd swap. Put in a 5spd ECU and cruise should start working again.

Well, I put my Auto ECU in and cruise works. No other wiring changes other then what’s required to get the car to run during the swap.
