just like it says … i just started up a new pc… i use avast at work as avg will not work there for some reason
but i’ve heard mixed reviews about both… so what do you guys reccomend… or maybe something different all together

i need something as well. something free. preferably that doesn’t expire
I had both Avast and AVG.
Avast is better. Leaner and doesnt flip out when you download cracks

AVG, i’ve been using it for years without any issue
decided to go with avast.,… i think its gaining popularity and it barely uses any system resources at all
^thats why I went with it (Avast), other than that, the new AVG acted funny on my system.
i use to have AVG that was good till 2016, but it would stop updating and give me erroes so i switched to Avast about 2 months ago love it
ive been hearing a lot of people saying they are getting issues with avg… i couldnt install it at work as it kept saying that it could not update defitition due to a missing command file … which was actually there even after i reinstalled and downloaded a few times
… avast = no prob at all though
i just dl’ed avast. do i have to register it? umm, my copy of windows may not exactly be cool
