Thanks Bing+ wong Family my first real cruise was sick, and Im looking forward to meets and cruises.
my highlight was taking the intense/ Ktown boys through thorold tunnel… Nothing like 15 done up cars going through a 1/2 km long tunnel…

I am thinking about it… but i have to do something different…
i do not think that we can have another cruise like that… we were lucky last year with no incidents… but with the incident this time and the police being called so often and the fact that we got pulled twice… it’s just not something i want to expose everyone too again.
I love doing it and i’m not afraid of the consequences for myself, but i dont want to see other people come here to enjoy themselves and then go home regretting the whole thing afterwards.
I will only do another meet if Dan shows up with the dyno, but even then, we have to reinvent what we do here… and i also need to know that we are actually going to get more participation from the senior guys / admin on the forum… guys like mike, greg, G etc. need to be there… i shouldnt have to beg spd-dmn to handle the club stuff and my dad should definately not be asking me how much the registration is so that he can hand out stickers… that is not what he is there for.
I am condident that the Intense guys will be out bigger and badder next time and i am sure that a couple other people will be too…
we just have to sort out what happens in the evening.
if the Ottawa guys want to come again and have it on a long weekend then maybe we do it on labour day in Sept… that way, instead of the cruise we can just go individually at seperate times to the falls, hang out and watch the fireworks go off at 10pm… then do more of a social thing… casinos, rippers, clifton hill… all that bullshit
also… it may be difficult to get the restaurant on a day like that… in order to secure i might have to have people pay in advance to assure the traffic.
As you can see the restaurant essentially shuts down for the day minus some take out orders at teh front counter… we cant just make them shut down on a long weekend sunday for the same thing we do on off-weekends

without a cruise it seems kind of pointless though, there needs to be some sort of cruise.
Good to see alot of people out from last year as Bing said no rain would fall and nothing serious did. I have to agree that without a cruise or something its not the same.
The cruise and convoy is the best part of the whole meet.
First time there and I would have to agree!!! The convoy was awesome, even thou I joined up at QEW and 403 (shrugs car wasn’t ready). Then the cruise, had my gf chattering all the way home. plus all the blurring pictures of the country side she took were priceless.

the music will be the cars on the dyno… but yes i have some friends who are great DJ’s… but there aren’t enough girls for that…
