Back in the game!

hey rick, i dunno if it was already suggested, or if you have already tried it, but one of the best things you can eat to get your calories and not worry about bad taste is eggs. if you dont want the fat, eat the whites, if you dont mind the fat eat the yolks (i am sure you can get away with eating the yolks lol).

hard boiled whites with a little bit of salt is a fav of mine…and you wont have to go near a shake if you eat 4 of them with each meal (they arent too filling)
