Bad crash in Clarence

He got ticketed for no insurance and reg. How did his car even get home with those violations? Did his parents “help” him by getting the car home or did he actually come up with the money?

I usually am not a fan of families that sue parents for stupid shit their childen do but this family is obviously guilty of neglect to thier kids danger. I hope they get sued for all they are worth.

If all that above is true, I’d have to agree the parents should be somewhat held responsible. All too often parents get away with the “its societies fault” crap, its time parents take responsibility for their poor parenting.

Ive had a pretty serious ticket in amherst when I was young and the court threw it out or something, maybe thats how he got back his liscense or w/e

Ya that kid should of been no where near a set of keys and I think his parents are to be held responsible for what he did, with his mile long driving record and the fact so many ppl saw something coming esp the twin sister, it would not be a huge stretch to say he murdered those 3 kids

+1

Wasn’t he over 18?

That is the tricky part. If he is on his parents insurance and they got his car out of impound…

Sidenote: Didn’t they just pass a law or whatever that you can be on your parents healthcare until you are 25? It is really pathetic how kids are coddled these days.

Here is a basic rundown of how liability extends to parents

I still don’t believe that they were “only going for a ride in the back roads”. Are you kidding me, the wasn’t anything special right? Just joy riding to joy ride?

Or maybe you’ve ran red-lights and stop signs and didn’t notice so you simply don’t know you did?

Response to Sidenote:

It’s 26…i dunno if it’s a law, or just because my mother works for the state…but i’m not complaining, and i’m willing to bet that you would have taken advantage of it if you could up until you were 26 as well. State job provided healthcare is way better than anything i could afford, and it’s free for me, and i see nothing pathetic about it. I see what you’re trying to say regarding some things, but i don’t see this as a good example of making your point.

coddled? Its only if the kids living at home or at school if. Even if its not, all it does is that magic age becomes the point where the insurance can bend you over and line someones pockets.

It’s until age 29 and you still have to pay for it. It’s not like it’s free so what’s the problem?

Kids? They are trying to make a public health care plan for people who can’t afford it. Society as a whole is being coddled.

seriously? and im sure your rich dad with his ski chalet and whatever else never coddled you as a child

90 mph with no seat belt, wow

Sorry I’m with Cavi Mike. Douche-bag doing 90mph, running stop sign + passengers who were warned about being in a car with that idiot + passenger in back wearing seat belt… that kind tells me they already knew douche bag was an idiot on the road.

Let me know how you would have felt if this bitch fatally killed your family member by running stop sign at 90mph with 4 passengers who were warned that he is an idiot.

My dad is not rich and he did not have the ski chalet when I was a child.
I did have my own insurance when I was 18 by working full time and paying for a portion of it. I wasn’t sitting around smokin weed and living in their basement until I was 25.

Holy crap 90mph into the side of the van with no signs of skid marks to stop. was he committing suicide or what?
