some of you may of seen my thread about powerloss from 2k to 3k. that problem was solved by disconnecting the vacuum line from the BPT valve to the EGR valve. shortly after that my car developed an idling problem that is gradually getting worse. the idle fluctuates and sometimes the car will begin to shake violently at certain rpm’s. this happens with the clutch in or the car in neutral but while driving things seem ok. also my fuel consumption is horrible. i temporarily reconnected the vaccum line to see if that was causing the idle problem but it still does it. i also did the high speed braking test to see if it could be a vaccum leak but it didnt stall so i dont think thats it. right now im thinking MAF sensor. anyone have some suggestions?
