Basil Resale Sheridan in Amherst was ordered by Erie County Court Judge David Manz to pay a $50,000 fine to the state. The dealership had a prior agreement with the Attorney General’s office regarding deceptive ads, Cuomo said.
Cuomo’s office said a July 30 ad by the used-car dealer implied it was participating in cash for clunkers, even though the program was only for new-car dealers.

why doesn’t someone post the other dealers who got fined?..PADDOCK for example. This is total fucking bullshit because there are more than 40 dealers in NYS that got fined. NYS can suck my dick and so can the assholes who think it’s ok to single us out from the other local dealers who got fined.
