Well over the last two years, we mostly would go up to Crystal Beach in Canada. This year since I no longer am allowed in Ontario, what other beaches are there in Buffalo and the area. I have been down by Angola where the Angola at the Lake (i think its called that) is and that has been pretty nice. Any other recomendations?

Oh man. I def gotta check this place out this weekend.
ticket…havent paid…show up = arrested.
FYI, the bench warrant they put out for you in ontario will come over. It’s only a matter of time.
I’ve looked into it.
You might not want to get pulled over in NYS ever again, if you plan on not paying that ticket.
In fact, once they get more mobile plate reading devices… you might want to move out of the state.

well, it took about 2.5 years for it to happen to me. just an FYI
You did get a letter tho right? Did you just have the option to pay the ticket? What was the story / outcome if you dont mind explaining

never got a letter.
i got pulled over in derby, charged with two counts of aggravated unliscensed operation. I had to pay the fine ($150), but then the 6 points carried over to my NYS record. 6 X $75 per point = 450 dollars. Then the two AUOs were another chunk of change. It fucking sucked.
Wow.
According to the DMV a few months back, if Ontario decided to persue the ticket, they would have to contact the NY DMV and say that I failed to respond and then from there, the DMV would persue it by sending a letter and if I failed to respond to that, a NYS officer can arrest me.
What was your ticket for in Canada

Why don’t you just pay the ticket? You’d rather not be able to enter into Canada for the rest of your life?
AUO’s suck and are a misdemeanor if I remember correctly when I was charged with two of them as well. (Luckily the law was on my side and they got dropped)
Isnt there certain amout of time places have to act on tickets? Like if iwas to get one 3 years ago never paid it, not contact attempts were made etc, shouldnt it be thrown out? If they wanted my money that bad they should do it asap not when they feel like it.
As for beaches sunset , or the one by the water treatment plant, just dont go for at least 2-3days after it rains
sunset bay def.
wait until it gets a bit warmer tho… the beaches will be packed and the bars will be a good time too.

There really is no point to go to Canada. Im 21 so I dont need to go there to drink. All my friends are 21 so they dont need to go there to drink. And the american casino is better. The only time I might go back is if the US dollar value goes up and you can get 160 canadian for 100 american again.
