Beer or Food??

If you do start a workout routine…do this 1st and time yourself… you must complete all these exercizes… stopping as needed…but for instance, if you start one exercize, you must complete the full rep count before moving on. Time yourself… (after a month or two of exercize, do it again and time yourself, this will tell you how effective your being at building gaining a lean toned body with strength. (this is not a muscle head puffy chest deal)
Ideally you want to do this in under 20 minutes. My 1st attempt took 46 minutes, but Im getting faster and faster.
NO CHEATING. You may fall down and may puke trying to get to the 20 minute mark… its all in fun.

25x Pull-up +
50x Deadlift @ 135lbs +
50x Push-up +
50x Box Jump @ 24” box +
50x Floor Wiper @ 135lbs (one-count) +
50x KB Clean and Press @ 36lbs (KB must touch floor between reps) +
25x Pull-up

Not all people can do this…heck, some people cant even do a pull up!

guinness is only like 125 calories a can less then alot of other beers that range around 240ish…in all honesty if you burn more then what you take in your good… or even if you burn off what you take in your in good shape… thats why i work out when i can… i dont get any bigger but i keep myself under 220 so im happy… i could be more cut and defined but fuck it im married and 32 what do i care… lol :lol really all you have to do is get your heart rate up a little and keep it there for a while to burn off calories… thats why lots of people do tie boo and shit… lifting weights is ok but if your looking to loose weight its not a great idea to weight train… now if you want to turn that fat into muscle its a great idea to weight train two or three times a week and rotate uper and lower body … like monday and wed do uper body and tuesday and thursday do lower body…its no good to weight train every day all day… you make less muscle that way… give your self a couple of days between sperts of uper and lower training it gives your mucles time to rebuild… you could use a supplement but even those guys that use the shit every day say you should still give a day or two between workout days.
