lol fat people
[quote=“Marcus,post:2,topic:38405"”]
being fat is pure laziness and not giving a fuck what you eat. There are exceptions to this but for the most part having little or no self control.

I don’t consider myself obese, but let me tell you about being fat - it’s not like someone CHOOSES to not have self control.
It’s like, it’s not like like someone chooses to be a complete fucking toolbag.
But i like having extra weight. It makes for harder punches when harnessed correctly.

Awwww man…our love has been exposed :eyebrow:
being fat makes you a good fighter…if that is what you are implying daddie… then you havent got in many fights. but if your not implying that, and you are just saying a little extra weight packs a better punch, yes, a stationary one probably quite slow as well lol… which will do little damage
myself being 165lb 5’10 and maybe 6% body fat I consider my self “in shape”
I’m not solid muscle or built…but I can do most physical activity with ease.
I knew a kid in highschool who was 300lbs he droped to 160lbs in a matter of a few years. Looks danm good. He didn’t do any tricks, he just took care of him self, ate smart and worked out.
Fat people have NO excuse. There is a difference in being husky and being a fat slob.
I don’t spend my life in a gym or on a treadmill…but I eat smart and stay active.
Physical apperiance says A lot about ones habbits and work ethic.
Call me a tool bag I don’t care, but this is pretty danm close to being a fact.
I got up to 225lbs this spring, and realized some shit needed to change. I weigh 195lbs now, and feel so much better than I did before. I ultimately would like to get down to 180, being broad shouldered, and 6’0" tall.
It’s not that hard to be in good shape though I’ve found out. Find a physical activity you love, and do it often.

i’m tearin my ass out down here in the logical pretzel this declaration poses
^ fuck I’m glad I wasn’t the only one. I just didn’t want to say anything and risk sounding stupid lol.
i did my high school senior project on obesity, honestly i prolly learned the most on this one subject than out of anything in high school. one question that alot of people needed an answer to was “if a fat girl falls in the woods and nobdy is around to see it, do the trees laugh?” and the conclusion i came up with is, of course they do that shits funny as hell how couldnt you?
in all seriousness tho being obse is an epidemic that killng the us, literally. we are the most obese country in the world an obesity is second only to smoking as the leading cause of preventable death. that shits fucked up. eat your wheaties.
edit just found one of my displays so ill throw out some info thats on it…
there are 400,000 deaths per yearrelated to obesity. thats 1095 deaths per day. smoking causes 1200 deaths per day.
there is 100 million obese americans, thats 60 percent of adults.
if you want more info, i have it.
Yes control has a big deal to it but theres more. Fat people have to eat and exercise to loose the weight and keep it off. Then theres skinny people who can do whatever they want and won’t gain any weight. My brother eats alot but he also works pretty hard, then me I eat maybe 2 small meals a day but am pretty lazy. Both of us are 5’6" and under 130lbs. I wouldn’t even be able to do the ‘supersize me’ diet because I just can’t eat that much. If I get a combo meal, most of the time I don’t even eat the fries because I’m full. I don’t eat unless I’m actually hungry and when I do eat, I eat real meals. I rarely eat snacks.
I love people who were never really overweight chiming in.
That’s like, me telling a smoker “shit, it’s sooo easy to quit.”

werd. i wouldnt consider myself obese, but im husky for sure. the hardest part is keeping a good weight, for me anyway, losing it is easy. ive lost 10-25 lbs before, then get to thinkin i can start being a little less strict on my diet and then just gain a lot of it back. another hard part is social meals. I can go to wegmans and pick up a good weeks worth of food, good healthy food, but whenever someone wants to get take out or whatever its hard to say no. even though you know you shouldnt, it feels weird being the only one at applebees who isnt eating

Ive been far fatter of a sack of shit then I am now, It is hard to get off the no workout eat shitty thing but once you do it, its surprisingly easy to stick to, it might sound like bs but thats how it is for me.
The past 3 months ive maybe had a total of 4000 calories from liquids (compared to if someone drinks 100 cal drink a day for 3 months your looking at 9000 calories, and most people go far far over that for one day), 6 deep fried meals (most people probably have at least 2 a week), and eat probably about the same amount of food but in smaller meals spaned throughout the day, and actually look forward to going to the gym and get pissed off if I cant go for some reason.
Its just how motivated you are, im aiming for 220 lbs (235 now down from 253) to be able to do 6 pullups and run a mile in 10 minutes.
