when my girlfriends dad set one up for her mom they got donations from the bills an sabres an even the athletic dept at ub all those places are pretty good about doing stuff pro bono for benifits id get in touch with the public relations there espicially the bills they gave 4 sets of tickets 2 sets of jim kelly club seats signed balls, photos, a ton of stuff we used it all for a chinese auction made almost 20 grand

We set one up for my uncle a few years ago. We took fliers to local businesses and athletic teams. Ended up with a huge show of support. Especially from the local businesses. Go everywhere you can and make as many calls as possible is my best advice.

another thing i would suggest is talking to bjs they helped us a lot im not sure if they gave us a ton for free or at straight cost to them but they also donated one of their cruises for free, and if you can get the sabres to give a set of playoff tickets that will net you a couple grand with ease. Ill talk to my girlfriends dad tonight and see where else they got donations from.
