Best drag radial

I’m going to FL2K this Oct and I’m gonna run in the roll racing and want to get a good set of rear tires for the car.
You guys have any suggestions on which back tires would be best or what tires guys have good traction with?
Also I’ll be running a 17" rim on the car

Thanks everyone

M/T ET street is probably the stickiest DOT tire I can think of. You may not need somthing this extreme though, what is the car/setup?

It’s a G35 making around 700-750whp

@LZ1 would know

The mickey thompson drag radial is probably the stickest you can get in a 17…

If you’re looking for a trade off between sticky and longevity the Nitto NT05R Drag Radial is a good place to start. I had them on my Vette which was 6spd 750rwhp and it would hook from a roll really well with the NT05Rs. If you go this route make sure you’re ordering the drag radial and not just the normal NT05.

I’m not really worries to much about the longevity of the tires since I’ll only be running them once in awhile. I have 19s on the car now that will be on it more often then the race setup

You’re making 750 whp…When can we do some pulls on zhighway?!

Go with M/T DR’s

She’s at Berg Racing right now getting finishing touches done, so when she’s done I’d be happy to run. I’m always down for fun runs
