Best driving roads around here.....

Duanesburg Churches road off route 20

:lol theres only like 3 turns on the whole road :wtf

The man speaks the truth…

Try this-take the Northway to exit 24, get off and take a right. Go until you come to a ‘T’, take a left. This is ‘Tongue Mountain’, runs between Bolton Landing and Silver Bay, NY. Strap in!

lol wrong…:haha

Yeah no shit. I can drive that road blind folded it’s so lazy :crazy

exit 17 off the thruway and head east.

Harriman State Park.

SIIIIIIICK roads in there, and rarely any cops

This looks fun too

theres a few curves. There were always cars fucked up in the winter at one of them.
I mostly liked driving that road because of the jumps though.

Yep I love that road, take it all the way up to silverbay and shoot back across over to the northway. Theres some real nice views on that road as well.

yea i live off Reservoir Road, its right off route 7 has some sick twisties and nice scenery

:thumbup for tongue mt up to Hague & then on route 8 back thru Brant Lake & then onto Scroon River Rd

North Shore on Sacandaga is another good one

Yep, probably the best drive around. I led the 2008 summer ‘Shift518 cruise’ thru there. If I’m around (meaning not working out of state) this season, I’ll try to set up a similar cruise again.

There is a road up here that goes from QBY to Lake Luzerne. You need to go over the mountain to get there and it is the CRAZIEST road I have ever driven for twisties. It is only about 1-2 miles but it is the most fun I have ever had on a road. Very steep and turns that are almost 90 degrees. Insane.

take it til u hit the turn off to head towards valley falls… i lived right down that way.

“Hawks Nest” on rte 97, northwest out of Port Jervis, NY

http://portjervisny.com/hawksnest1.2.jpg

they filmed a few car commercials there

Limerock Park, Watkins Glen International, etc.

Please keep your amateur driving overboosted ego away from my daily commute

edit: I’m joking

No you’re not! :haha

////\ I agree.

Route 9N from Bolton Landing to Ticonderoga has some nice sections.
Blue Ridge Rd between North Hudson and Newcomb is a good one.
9L near Lake George has a couple good spots too.

If you are ever in VT:
Route 125 between East Middlebury and Hancock (a little rough but good)
Route 73 between Forestdale and Rochester (Brandon Gap).
Lincoln Gap; part of its dirt and closed in the winter.
Route 17 (Appalachian Gap)

riverview road in rexford heading towards clifton park exit 8. Fun. about 6 miles long or so. awesome turns and a nice straight away towards the end next to the mohawk/erie canal.

Kelly Station has always been a favorite of mine, along with the Winery :excited
