the pie crusts are sweet enough and to dry and flakey. the closest i’ve come is using piecrust, but then i sprinkle lightly with sugar. then use a roller and roll in in. then a light film of butter over the whole crust and another dusting of sugar. then add the sugared sauce. i’m eating some right now. it’s still a little flakey, but the butter helped and now the crust is sweet enough.
