510s are not sleepers, everyone that thinks they car should be hit in the head. they are a cult car and the majority of them out there are quick cars now. and anyone into cars knows this. just because they are rare doesn’t make them a sleeper, on that idiotic idea of what a sleeper is, an enzo would be a sleeper.

what would you consider a sleeper?
to me, its a car of sorts(year, make, model doesnt matter) that you wouldnt suspect to be fast(as it stands OEM), that doesnt look fast and appears stock. just something you wouldnt normally see with a high hp output, or a really fast lap/drag strip time.

and that right there isn’t how you describe a 510. a 510 is expected to be quick. its a light car and most of them have an engine in there that puts out a lot more then stock power. not all of them are going to run 10s but most 510s you would ever see are prob 13 second cars. maybe you just don’t pay any attention to the 510 scene, but i love old japanese cars, esp datsuns, and the 510 is deff not a sleeper.
as far as what i’d consider a sleeper, the volvo wagon is a great example.
yea, i dont really follow the 510 scene. i actually only recently became aware of those cars and my knowledge of them is basically nill. i really like how they look though. i like older cars in general.
