I think it would be interesting to see what bikes get what type of MPG and with what mods…
post what you got, I’ll start
2006 H-D soft tail deluxe

these are my avg #s, they def go up and down depending how im driving though, so if you grab yourself a 250 and drive like a grandma you could probably hit 70mpg lol
that’s atrocious. what are you doing, dating a fat broad or some shit and dragging her behind?
2004 r1
full graves exhaust, k&n filter, PC3 usb, custom tune 162hp, bunch of other stuff
about 32 ACTUAL MPG
I’m betting most of these 45mpg 600’s have the stock speedo/odo. error of about 7-10%, not to mention sprockets. you can’t accurately figure mpg without a corrected speedo or gps. In fact if you sprocket the bike you will see the exact same MPG.
2006 zx-10r, a/r baffles, -1,+2 gearing, speedohealer… 32-33 mpg, no matter how i drive it…
I’m hoping the air filter I finally bought will help that out a bit
+1 to Rdandy… I bet most of the I-4 bikes on here have never seen over 45 mpg actual.
my v-rod = 35-40 mpg
my dads deuce with a big bore kit, gets an unbelievable 57 mpg!!
mabey if they’re riding like, “Dad lets me drive slow on the driveway every Saturday.”
08 Buell Lightning XB12
D&D pipe, open airbox w/ k&n
115-120 miles on 3 gallons
~38-40mpg city driving mostly
Depends how I ride but I get anywhere from 135-150 miles per tank, 3.5 gallons between fills on a 3.6gal tank so between 38 and 43mpg.
what bike has a 3.6 gallon tank?
Ducati Monster.
620? 800? 1000? s2R? s4R? damn… thats a tiny tank
620/750/900 air cooled and I believe the 695 is also but don’t quote me. Don’t know about the liquid cooled tank sizes.
