yup it’s all good though.
voters wonder why they dont have competent leaders… a competent leader stands up, they dont vote for him… get more of the same… whereas everything keeps going fine for me.

Did they do better in any other races? I’ll admit I don’t know a lot of about Canadian politics, but when I can tell you about American politics is if you want to bring change as someone outside the two party R and D circles you need to get nominated as an R or a D, because it’s basically impossible to win as a 3rd party.
the Conservative party in my riding passed over the 2 highly experienced and credentialled candidates and parachuted in the guy that ran without telling their EDA (Electoral district association).
Several of the EDA members reached out to me, requested signs and told me they would vote PPC out of protest. This was the case (parachuted candidates from outside the riding) in more than 80 ridings for the Conservatives i am told.
The parties are corrupt top to bottom. there is no chance of reform from within. learning that was a part of why I did this. so that i can speak from hard-earned experience rather than rhetorically.
Additionally, more than 70 PPC candidates backed out last minute… presumably they were plants from the other parties to disrupt the PPC.
