on-topic why?
Do NOT shop for a Wii at Circuit City in Robinson. Rumor from my management team is that we have none. We do not get them every sunday. It seems every OTHER sunday, but as of right now there is no plan for them to be in the store on Black Friday. Also we’re running a voucher system for the big sale items and controling the customer flow by only letting in 300 people at a time. Also the usual entrance through the install bay will NOT be open for people to go in and out of the store. your reciept will be checked on your way out of the store like Sams Club. Thieves beware!
Thanks, good luck, be patient.

I’ll give someone $25 if they go wait in line at Staples for the $350 laptop they have…
We’re told at the beginning of our shift everyday if we have them or not and if we’re going to have them for sunday. Don’t believe an employee if they tell you how many of them they have. we never really know for sure. if you call circuit, just ask the operator because nobody answers the phone in the game dept.
seriously.:greddy:
ssshhhhhhhh maybe he won’t notice
I got to work so oh well.
i can’t believe its still hard to get a Wii??? its been out for a whole year.
Because the demand never dropped; that’s also why the price never dropped. Its already passed the 360 in total sales.
I dont think so. hell i dont even think the PS3 did that yet… but its getting close
Despite the Microsoft Xbox 360 being sold over a year before the Nintendo Wii, the sales figures for both machines are getting closer all the time. A recent analysis shows that 10.1 million Wiis have been sold to date, while Microsoft sold 10.3 million Xbox 360s to date. The Xbox 360 got most of it’s sales in America and PAL territories, while the Wii sold 3 million units in Japan, 4 million units in America, and 3 million in PAL territories. Sony sold 4.1 million PS3s to date, and all three consoles pale when compared to hand-held console sales. Nintendo has sold over 44 million Nintendo DS’, and Sony has sold 22 million PSP’s.
Says the interweb.
On September 12, 2007, it was reported by the Financial Times that the Wii had surpassed the Xbox 360, which was released one year previously, and had become the market leader in worldwide home console sales for the current generation.
Hard to believe, I know.
Different sources I guess, either way the Wii is the most fun out of all of them imo…
From what I saw the PS3 has half the sales of both the other consoles…
thats just how many units they sold. not how much they made in sales
i dont beleive that source is true
yah i think you called me 20 times that night
ill be out if I can find someone to switch shifts with me at work
