Im thinking of painting my S13 before the may meet but im not to sure if black primer will look good.
If anyone has pics of a 240 in just black primer please post them.

primer is porous… be the same as not painting the car as far as rust is concerned

like BAS said, Primer is porous, if you leave your car in primer only, moisture will get in and you’ll rust.

I guess ill leave it the way it is. I just wanted a cheap way to make my s13 look fresh because right now it has a few paint chips on the bumper front & back, unless there a black paint that can fix it?
you can roll on matte black tremclad paint (rustoleum), or you can use that chalk board paint.
lulz, go for the chalkboard paint and let your friends decorate it
prime it with black or grey primer and buy a tremclad or rustolium paint for it. paint over it in a flat black. to get flat black resutls u dont just leave it at primer.
And if uwant it to look really good do about 3coats and wetsand it and repaint. if u do it rite. flat black looks amazing
you know there’s a flat clear coat you can get…
use zinc primer and leave it at that, its the best and easiest way.
zinc primer doesn’t rust, i have a friend with a probe thats had a zinc primer job with nothing over top of it for 2 years and its been in primer for 2 years before that
Its a cheap way to make your car look like trash, and for people to laugh at you.
