BMW seven-fourty-fiz-eye *BMW fagz come in*

So, I’m looking through cars.com and I notice quite a few '03/'04 BMW 745i sedans with under 100K miles that are in the $15K range.

Are these things a ticking time bomb waiting to eat up my wallet, or would they be good for another 50K miles?

They look so dope, but I got stranded in VA in one a few months back. Such a sick all around car other than that. Good power and very nice ride, and this car had over 100k on it as well.

Got to drive pretty much that exact car around a lot over the summer, they’re so ballin even just buzzin around. I’d still go for an 01 740iL though

I personally would say look look at an A8 of around the same year if you’re interested in the type of car :slight_smile:

They had some gremlins IIRC with the telescoping wheel, and seat memory…but what car of that era with those features doesn’t?

I personally think the truck is more baller than a 9 year old BMW with 100,000 miles on it.

I’ve just never been a fan of owning a car that somebody else has farted in so many times.

Which one has the better transmission? I know on the audis when the trans goes you might as well just buy a new car because repair costs are astronomical
