UPDATE:
The driver of the other car was unlicensed and witnesses say the other driver ran the red light.
If it is true that he didn’t even slow down, go to the scene of the accident and take pictures to prove there were no skid marks. Stand by your claim that he was speeding, and that you could not get out of his way, nor did he try to swerve around you. Because he made no attempt to avoid the accident, you might get off better than you think. And you didn’t get a citation, right?

Not sure if alcohol or drugs were involved… like I said though I understand a few people think that it still can be my fault and I understand why and teh circumstances but with how far my car went he had to be speeding… Im not an idiot, Im not gonna turn in front of somebody, he came around the bend outta nowhere, it was nuts…

It is nuts bc the other guy was driving a grand am. He must have hit hard enough to ram his LOWER bumper under the hood of my brothers car.
