allright when its right it will move :nod now im thinkin bout a turbo setup on mine thanks asshole :ponder now i gotta look up a setup and turbos unless you know of anything kickin around…
haha…their FUN
what do you wanna turbo? the 383 ??
nah the 383 and still go for 500 /600
do a search on ebay for LT1 turbo headers…if you buy the headers alone, thats a huge PLUS and head start…the rest of the turbo kit is easy to make, and if you buy everything seperate and part it together it will be a shit load cheaper.
whats your compression ratio again?
on the new motor its 9.2/1 so ill be good till 10/15 lbs still got the t/70 or ya send it
I sold the T70 a while ago…If I were you, a 383 is gonna flow ALOT, so I would look for a T76 with atleast a .84 hotside…that would prolly be the perfect turbo for that setup…do a search on LS1 tech or something, they would know more about it then me.
i have been found a set of twin turbo setups for a t3/t4 turbo so who knows ill find suttin out
It just hit me that it’s an auto?
yeah… its an auto.
a auto wit that gm special limited slip option :banana
haha…u got that right
hey thats a good option to have :lol in the snow :crackup…oh well try up in your line pressure see if that buys ya more time it may cant make it any worse
thats why its slipping in the first place…I remember that about 2 months ago when my tranny was starting to slip worse…i turned up my line pressure a little bit, and I think thats what did the tranny in as bad as it is now…I can only turn it up like 1-2 points more before its maxed but i dont think its gonna help any. Im just gonna keep it the way it is for now, and just take it easy on the car…come spring get a new tranny
hey you know anyone that does a standard/auto tranny setup?? I forgot what kind of tranny it is, but the clutch is still internal on the tranny like a auto but you hafto manual shift it…I would have the benefit of basically having a standard, but also a torque converter to launch like a bitch and spool up fast.
look for a older 700r4 and do a full manual setup for it but youl need to send the comp out for a reflash to a manual setup so it dont fuck it up
is that a technical term? :lol
depends on how look at it
I think im just gonna stick with getting a stalled/shift kit auto.
smart move cheaper easier and all ya gotta do is bolt it in
I have a 700R4 auto, shift kit, stalled that i may be willing to sell ;D
:lurker
different bell house bolt pattern…wont bolt up to my 3.8.
