what would be needed to put a 5psi non-IC’ed powerdyne supercharger on this car ? its only a partial kit but it was basicly free at this point. missing a bracket, some tubing, and the ECU calibrator thing …

injectors ?
aftermarket fpr?

whats a cost effective way to tune ?

id say hp tuners for the tuning

5psi … who needs a tune just buy a hand held type and take out some timeing … maybe a FMU

All that missing stuff is gonna add up but, fug it. I’d get that Predator hand held tuner…heard good things about it. HP tuners is pretty much the best, and I think a couple of the El Es Juan guys have the program.

If you want the boost, you need to afford the rebuild

Well the 98 cars came with larger injectors ~28 lbs. You will most likely be fine with those or you can upgrade to 30 lb. SVO injectors. Only way to tell 100% would be to check out the injector duty cycle. Most cost effective way to tune is with HP tuners. Forget the FMU it is more trouble than it is worth with the factory returnless fuel system. Just call up Powerdyne and order the missing parts
