So, you’re saying that defense is meaningless?
Not that our defense is at that level, particularly with injuries.
Now as far as F U N D E M E N T A L S
Keep opposing offense off the field. Do that by keeping opposing defense on the field & chasing around receivers as well as fighting linemen > 30 mins a game.
We’ve got a decent O line, a stud running back, and a couple of decent - good receivers.
If (there is that word again) the defense is healthy, they are possibly a top-10 defense. The secondary is fast, the lb’ers are median - good, the Dline is strong (albeit slower).
