No, what he’s trying to get at is why do you want them to keep starting JP? When logic backs you into a corner you come out with, “well regardless, I love the Bills”. :bloated:
If you agree we don’t have an honest shot the playoffs, and that JP won’t be here next year, WHY KEEP PLAYING HIM? Because it’s fun to watch him take inaccurate long shots down the field? Hell, let Edwards play then. Maybe he proves he doesn’t have the long ball but I doubt this long shots will look much worth than JP.

dude… i like Edwards. I think he’s a smart and solid QB. Yes, he’s a rookie and has a lot to learn still. Hopefully he can be great in the years to come. If he does become a great QB for this team, then who knows… get rid of JP…use him as a back… do whatever.
But i hope Edwards can start following through with these good drives he has… because to have a great drive, and settle for a FG…

but all in all, as i see it… especially from sunday night, a QB is the least of our worries right now.
How many times have we heard, “Well JP will sure want to make up for that shitty game in his next game” in the last 3 years?
Face it, the guy sucks. He will NEVER be a consistant QB in the NFL. He’s had 3 years to “make up for his bad games” and hasn’t done it consistantly. Sure, he’ll have a good game here and there, and I guess those are the memories some people hold on to so tightly that they think he’s any good. But for every good game he has there are 4 shitty ones.
But you’re right, we’re not the coaching staff. They can make their decisions and when the majority of fans get fed up with it they stop buying tickets and home aren’t sold out anymore. Oh wait, that was last year with JP. Deja-fucking-vu.
