You don’t need a title to crush a car after 10yrs old. I have had newer cars crushed without them with no problem at all right at A-! Auto.
You sure about that? because I could see a huge liability issue on the junkyards side if they crush a car some shady fuck brought in who dident own it and did not have the title
ive always had to give up my titles, the junkyard guys can easily get screwed if they dont have them.
