edit: i saw one out last weekend at a resturaunt. me and my buddy tried not to drool all over it. they are so hot.
The telling stat is that the car hits its top speed in 5th gear. In fact, 6th is only good for 3mph more than what it can do in 4th. That’s a tall overdrive.
on a side note a lot of the new stuff cor the c6’s will bolt right on the c5’s … right now everyone is amazed that the new c6 calipers and rotors bolt right on 6 pots in the front and 4 pots in the rear … factory shocks are supposed to bolt right up and peopel are working the LS7 to bolt right in … the crate motor isn’t out yet so no one really has much of an idea what it involves … yet
edit: also right now i get 20.5 MPG
on the way to/from the indy 500, me and my dad got between 32-33 mpg in his c5.
