For an S14, that’d be an SR in turbo or N/A form. To say that an SR in an S14 is not JDM is probably the most ignorant statement a person can make. And that’s why I got mad

FJ is a good engine, an exellent one but would be stupid unless you have your uncle supplying the parts for it.
And even then, you would still need the aftermarket shit to make it go even better

YES there were RUMORS that nissan was going to use it on the f1 car 1.5L turbo. That was canned. NIssan was going to use it as they did on rallies and it had very nice successs but it was never backed fully by nissan as they were a engine design whore of the 80’s!

In an S13? Considering that both the SR20 and CA18 have been inside an S13, I’d say it would be the same difficulty. Into an S14, I have no idea, probably just as easy.
And they’re a lot cheaper to buy than SR.
