At any given time… I am in our room watching TV… Eurodad is at the PC (cable modem)… The boys are in the living room or kitchen watching tv… There are usually 4 tv’s on at all times.
We don’t have digital because I won’t order it… Adelphia is owned by Comcast…

you still cant view more then one channel at a given moment. so basic is more then enough. if they wanted you to view a good show they put it on the standard channels. this way they get the highest ratings
get DVR and digital and you’ll eat those words.
watching taped shows with no commercials > scrolling ahead > flipping
adelphia is not yet owned by comcast… i am actually a comcast employee… I do direct sales / collections for comcast… Anybody who needs a deal on cable let me know I can help. But DVR is a great product and for what its worth its not that expensive 9.95 a month per box. But its great and customers like it. But the best product i Beleive is the internet service by far we have the fastest down streem in the pittsburgh area. The newest product Ive been marketing is the phone service. CDV (comcast digital voice) Its alot like Voip except we go over are own cable lines directly to a phone switch resulting in the customer not having to pay all the usual taxes that applies with the regular phone companies. Let me know if anyone needs any new services from comcast.

comcast basic and cable modem here. but i have digital for 3 months because they have a promotion for 3 months for free.
+1 we have dish network and have not had to upgrade unless we wanted to. We got two HD plasma tv’s so we got new HD receivers, one w/ DVR, you can scroll a week+ ahead (on both) and tape all your shows, weekly, m-f or one time. LOVE the ffw, rewind, pause, play feature, I am spoiled now…and hate commercials even more…It’s great. Speed channel is on our package. We don’t have the pay movie channels ie/starz (but will get it back once sopranos are back on for HBO) and our bill is between $60-70/month. Only time we have service disruptions is when there is a huge thunderstorm or big big snow storm, and that might be 3 or 4 times a year and never for long, a few minutes…
i think i’m pullin the trigger on dish today. i’ve lost cable 2 or 3 times this year and once it was for a while so some static now and then isn’t anything new… plus the price is about half for the same channels. i don’t see why not :dunno:
I was lookig around I had some card here that you could get everything for free (equipment, installation and so forth) but I don;t know what happend to them. You could also contact Brad (Ecovenom) on here because I think he has a buddy that works for them and can get you a card…
No I personally can’t view more than one channel at a time… but the family as a whole can…

ive had normal cable, comcast, now directTV,
i have the directTV now, it takes like 3 months to get used to since all the numbers are changed… like fox (which is normally 7) is now 342 or something like that… when it rains hard the picture goes out, wind, and snow… it blows all in all. only thing its good for is porn late at night digital cable> dish

Can you get me a break on price? I have cable internet and the standard and expanded Comcast cable (it’s Comcastic!) but no premiums or digital at all. Quite honestly I am tired of paying over $45.00 a month for just me and my one TV because I only watch about 40 hours of programming. I was going to call this week and cut it back to just standard cable (local channels only) to save money but if you can do anything for me I’ll keep what I’ve got right now.
If I cut back to the basic cable and don’t like it then I’ll give the dish a try down the road sometime. It’s cheaper and I’ll get more channels too.
