Can anyone press out the 4 bushings in my rear subframe?

Subframe is out of car and cleaned up. I need the 4 bushing pressed out. The tool costs $300 :frowning: can anyone get the job done? The subframe in question is for my e46.

If you can wait until the weekend, I have a 12 ton shop press in South Buffalo. Not even sure if that works for you.

If you have it out then why not fire?

a press is a lot simpler. Fire, hammers, chisel. I don’t feel like it taking 2 hours.
