Been years since I was up there, but still never ran one back then either.
I love crossing in the viper, the exhaust dumps right into their booth, they love it though just as i would.

I would think front plates are a NY law and Canada does not enforce other laws than their own. (?)
No front place for me and cross a lot. My only issues with tickets seem to be Buffalo Parking that goes on ticketing sprees at the end of the month and gives me the $35 ticket. Definitely take out any radar detector. The ticket is really expensive and I know a few years ago, if it was in your car even powered off you can get a ticket.
I was once asked where my front plate was years ago but that also may have been due to my age at the time (18). The lady just asked where my plate was and I told her in the back of my car
They probably think the exact opposite.
