I have to leave for New Lexington, Ohio at 5AM. My hearing is at 9AM. Hopefully the fine isn’t too big. I cut my hair, dyed it back to brown, and bought some REALLY “businessman” clothes to wear to the hearing… I’m hoping the judge sees this “nice, wholesome, preppy kid” and gives me a break.
I keep thinking about that scene in Cannonball Run where the guy says: “Of course you know certain sceptics note that perhaps 10,000 of the nations’s most elite highway patrolmen are out there waiting for us after we start, but let’s stay positive: Think of the fact that there’s not one state in the 50 that has the death penalty for speeding… although I’m not so sure about Ohio.”
If you don’t hear from me, they probably gave me the chair…
i was pulled over because i “didn’t make a complete stop before turning right at a red light”. total bullshit. i stopped, wondered whether i should go left or right, and then turned right. also, the cop was about 1/3 mile away when i did this. at a 90 degree angle from me. there’s no way he could know whether i did or not. i think he saw a nice car (not mine) with an out of state plate and figured he’s get me for something.
your going to jail.
your ass is gonna hurt
your mouth will be dry
your gonna get lock jaw
your family wont like you
you wont get a job
you are gonna get a tattoo
you are gonna make a fine prison bitch
fuck someone up the first night
i forget what movie it was i saw, but a big dude walked up to a noob the first night and said something like “it’s either shit on my dick, or blood on my knife”
I’m being charged with “Operating under Supension” (misdemeanor one, $0-1000 fine, no time for first offenders) and “Operating under Points Suspension” (misdemeanor one, $0-1000 dollars, mandatory 3 days in jail).
I’m going to have a fucking stroke over here.
I’m guessing that they’ll probably let me plead to the lesser one… if I have to do jail time over this, I’m going to flip out.
i have a feeling my wallet is the only thing getting raped… i think he wrote me up for both so i could plead the one and get the other dropped… because it seems like it would be illegal to convict me of both.
