Not an attorney, a lobbyist. I know a shit ton of people in McCoy’s office and county government, was talking to one this morning and asked what was going on with the case and he told me. I was actually hoping I’d heard it before you did and you’d learn your fate from Shift, ha.
That’s a big reduction from the $70K they initially charged. I actually think it makes them look bad to go and make a big press event about this and then a week later settle for less than 90% of what they originally sought. They knew they had a weak case though, because when I talked to them last week they were planning on going strong against you, so like I said before, nice job by your attorney.
