Car with no plates???

Different towns have different rules on it. I know in Hamburg they only bother you when a neighbor complains. One old bastard reported 40 cars in a day, but the inspector was nice and told me to cover it or put a for sale sign on it. I now keep one plate every time I turn in a set, and put it on the car, no issues ever.

I do that ever time I turn in my plates. I seriously have around 10 NYS plates, all brand new. I never put my front plate on anyways, so that nice one I just keep in my trunk or in my room.

Keep a cover on it to be safe. But every town is different, there is not a blanket law for NYS on this.
