Well im sure a few of you are aware of my bad luck…well its back!

soo, i thought my wastegate was stuck open and then i find this…




Pitcured:
-Tial 38mm Wastgate (bought brand new 2+ years ago)
-PeakBoost FTW Ramhorn (bought brand new 2+ years ago, yet this is my 3rd “new one” thanks to lifetimewarranty because they keep cracking)

Moral of the story is i dont know what to do…is there a lemon law of “lifetime warranties” ? hahah

heres what im thinking…

  1. Same mani design but w/44mm gate
  2. Topmount mani + 44mm gate
  3. Ask for my money back and go to Full-Race :slight_smile:

i think i figured it out…ok so my street driven 400whp integra simplifies into this simple equation…
Station Auto Built Bottom End + Hybridynamics Tune > Rigidity of Parts*

99 times out of 100, there is engine failure before shit like this happens haha

I can honestly say i beat the living piss out of this car (2+ years, street, track, even took it off-roading) and never had a motor issue. just everything else bolted on wants to break apparently.

Also:
-EGT gauge was installed 6 months ago and temps are fine! (AutoMeter)
-Always Turbo Timed (Greddy)
-Cold and Hot Boost Cut (Hondata S300)

wow I never saw a wastegate valve snap off.
