Just started happening yesterday once I filled up. Could it be a leaking injector?

most likely a bad fuel pump seal, replace it.
Fuel sending unit is rusted… nipples off the unit rust.
My return nipple rusted. go in your trunk and pull off the sending unit cover case thingy and inspect…
