Speaking of gross lies…

Bush’s two secretary of energy appointments. No oil anywhere on their resume.

Joe you are unsubstaniated.

so, about those light bulbs…

Ah yes, the WSJ. Possibly the other news source as conservative as fox news. Good for financial news but stay the hell away from the opinion page.

Haha… im surprised nobody has even uttered the potential results of hyperinflation yet

You’re right. Abraham didn’t become head of an oil company (Occidental Petroleum) until AFTER he left the post.

They’re just bitter because they didn’t see the milk spoiling when all the “I’m going to get our boys out of Iraq” bullshit started. Oh…you thought that meant he was going to bring our boys home? LOL

Awesome, I’m all for $8 a gallon gas.

/flush our economy down the shitter even more while your at it.

Thanks to Google:

In a sign of one major internal difference, Mr. Chu has called for gradually ramping up gasoline taxes over 15 years to coax consumers into buying more-efficient cars and living in neighborhoods closer to work.

“Somehow we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe,” Mr. Chu, who directs the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory in California, said in an interview with The Wall Street Journal in September.

But Mr. Obama has dismissed the idea of boosting the federal gasoline tax, a move energy experts say could be the single most effective step to promote alternative energies and temper demand. Mr. Obama said Sunday that a heightened gas tax would be a “mistake” because it would put “additional burdens on American families right now.”

That article is dated DECEMBER 12, 2008. It’s clear Obama already voiced his objection to Steven Chu’s theory. Until I see more solid proof of this being realistic, I’m not going to get my panties in a bunch over a scaremongering article on Fox News.

BTW, I’m more frightened with big oil in charge of our environmental and energy policies opposed to someone interested in alternative energy.

the good old heritage foundation and their spin articles… I should have known this was from them!!!

a customer had a bumper sticker on his car that read," ill keep my guns, freedom and money, you can keep the “change”

i lol’d

:roflpicard: lolol

Even if this is correct, I do not agree with his appointment. It is clear where his agenda is after comments about taxing the fuck out of fuel. That is not the kind of thinking I want in that position no matter what stance Obama takes on it.

move this shit to the tinfoil hat thread already

If gas is $8 a gallon I’ll get my job back… then I’ll ride my bike to work

Logo my friend made

I was following someone with a “Fuck Obama” bumper sticker. I laughed, but then wondered how many times their car must get keyed and kicked in random parking lots.

could you imagine parking that car in the Walmart parking lot on Harlem? :ohnoes:

I wouldnt key or kick it but spitting may be appropriate.

that’s because you’re not a president?
