In a strange “WNY is a small place” related story…
My boss got a new dog from a breeder in Virginia. The breeder called last week and said she had another interested buyer who lived right near my boss, and asked if the buyer could see the dog. So the guy and his wife came over, saw the dog, no problem. Then my boss is watching the news and hears the name “Greenfield” and it catches his attention. Walks over to the TV, and the president of the yellow smoke factory is the guy that came and looked at his dog! He lives on the street behind my boss.
