lol

as for the audio council, i didnt pay nearly as much as i’ve seen them go for online. but hey, bnib audio council, i couldn’t say no!

i got the front doors on, all the glass moldings are in as well. power door latches/window regulators are in along with the glass. all of them tested and go up and down  the door panel inserts were sagging, so i started to spray glue them back into place. 2 of 4 are done. tomorrow i gotta finish up running the wires in the doors and put the panels on. as for finishing up the interior the only things left are put the rear speakers in and the deck lid cover. the bumper support will be welded this weekend, then time for the rear bumper to go on. fenders/front bumper/hood soon to follow. there is a little more wet sanding and a buff to do before i put the door moldings/mirrors etc on.

i love eg sedans! cant wait to see the final product!

I can’t wait either lol! It seems like it’s taking forever! The plan is to get it back together running and driving asap. There will deffinatly be more stuff added as time goes on, ie fogs/window visors/strut bars and more lol

some work/pics from today:

painted the lower parts of the front and rear bumper with the trim black

dad was buffing all day. he got the body and the doors done. i started to wire up some of the doors and putting door panels on. here are some pics of the rear bumper installed. we pushed the car outside as much as we could, but the little cart with caster wheels i have under the front of the car didnt go very far on the uneven/rocky driveway (its also missing a wheel haha) it kinda sucks not being able to move it out all the way, got lots of shadows :frowning:

look at the integra in the reflection  lol

i <3 this build, that paint job is awesome

thanks!

keep up the good work i cant wait to see this in person

^thank you, and hopefully soon!

got some things powder coated  (sorry for crappy cell pics)

trunk

keyless door handles in the front!

fenders, more moldings, mirrors on. fenders need to be buffed yet

for sure.

this build is coming along nicely

bumper and hood are on. gotta align them and buff them tomorrow. as for the interior its pretty much all buttoned up. i just have to put the steering wheel and front door panels on. the seat brackets were wirewheeled and sprayed. those could go in tomorrow as well. today i blasted the front lower control arms and dropped them off to my uncle for PC. thats the last of the PC that needs to be done for the front suspension to be going in. the rear will be put together soon as well.

pic of the car as it sits around today

'39 pontiac next to it. also painted by my dads buddy
