losson, french, clinton area is nice. houses are around 100K though I think.
looking at a few ranches today, trying to stay north of walden
we have looked at a few around you. that area seems much nicer and further from the trash. finding something that works for us and is in our price range seems tough.
look at houses over near cleveland and beach.
Anything near that walmart is totally n’d up. White and black trash, its terrible.
I live in West Seneca, we went shopping there, and its the last time I’ll be back.
The east side of buffalo is creeping into cheektowaga, its really sad to see it.
The only thing that keeps them out of West Seneca is our high taxes. If you drive from my place about 4-5 blocks away into South Buffalo, its like night and day.
Thats the difference between 4000/year taxes and 900/year taxes.
Just lock up your beer if you find something that close to John!!
most of the cheektowaga houses we have looked at have been in the 3,000-4,500 range.
