the monte could be a competitor to the mustang if GM could actually make a car that looks halfway descent, but they can’t. 
A rwd 6-spd monte with 300hp would sell like crazy, even with how ugly it currently is.

Learn how to fucking read. The only similarities the cobalt has is the ECOTEC motor. Even the specs on that motor were changed in sizes offered.
Only thing its doing is replacing the Cavalier, ITS NOT a cavalier. They arn’t even built on the same platform.
That comparison is like me saying you and sheep are the same thing.
if it is replacing the cavy it will compete with the neon and other compact 4-banger cars, which the cavy was. So in my eyes it will be an updated cavy.
And I will not read about the new cobalt, it replaced a POS and will be a POS in the future.

I realize this and don’t go around making my POS cars “show cars” or defending them to death about how good they are. I know my car is a family hauler and I know my truck is a $400 beater used to haul block during the summer.

I am very happy with my cars. I have a 2000 altima that I haven’t put a cent into for repairs and a truck that was 400 bucks and runs good.
I know exactly where my rides atand against others - I know my truck is probably the slowest vehicle on the board and my altima can only beat equally shitty cars like the cavy, n/a neon, n/a vw beetle, etc…
SNS - I just like cutting on cavy’s because your next post always has numerous swear words about me and I find it funny. - btw: your stereo install looks good, but why the c02 instead of nitrous?
I have to finish remodeling my basement and a few other things around the house then i can devote some time to the truck. I bought it last year to haul some dirt and block and then throw it away(cause it was cheaper to buy the truck than to pay someone to haul the stuff for me), but my wife likes it and said I should keep it and fix it up.
I do need a radio and some speakers if anyone has anything laying around.
