Hey guys, after installing my coilovers on my vert, I noticed that the rear coilovers are making a clicking noise when I go over little cracks in the road. It doesn’t make this noise over big bumps, but only little cracks. The coilovers are Tein Flex and are in good condition. I double checked that every bolt is tightened. Does anyone know what this could be?
its very common on the rears with the tein flex…one way to stop this is by placing a rubber washer as a seat on either flat end surface of the spring…
also, check the preload settings , if there is to much play, then do that before adding the rubber washers…
good luck.
Thanks for the quick reply Varun. I’ll check that out for sure.
